I make Expanded Cinema and documentary films mirroring mechanics of subjective experience.
Our perception and subjective experiences deliver a deep feeling of the reality of the world in and around us. And with that, what we know and feel as reality. But that subjective experience is a fallible gateway to truth.
Questioning and reconstructing workings of experience itself makes me deeply curious to what that truth of our inside and outside world could be. Making work on the edge of film, documentary and art serve as a great canvas for that curiosity. Film as a feeling, an experience, a perception.
